THE WÄLDERHAUS BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER

Meet Martin Bilfinger an employee at the Waelderhaus sustainable shop. As an important step for my ISA project, I was thrilled to interview Martin for my Magazin and blog ‘Branding Hope’. Being self-motivated and resilient positions Martin as a great example to his community. He has made bold decisions that include migrating across continental borders to integrate a more inclusive society for someone living with physical disabilities. Far from home and far from family, Martin encouraged himself through life challenges to complete his professional training in Electronics, which facilitated his employment in one of the most sustainable buildings in Germany.

My deepest gratitude goes to the ISA team, especially Ivana Ruljevic, for helping me with the translation during my interview. Thank you, Martin, for your sincerity and commitment I am sure your story would inspire those that want to succeed against all odds.
