Pranaya Udash is working as a community nutritionist and Co-Founder of a Youth start-up Nuage Nepal ( which has as aim to promote healthy nutrition, sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation. He has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics as well as a Masters of Arts in Rural Development.

His ISA project is focused on empowering the local level Health mother group which is a voluntary mother’s group that is present in every community by supporting them technically to prepare balanced nutritious products (Super Cereal).  Super cereal is a two-part cereal consisting of carbohydrates and the other part of pulses consisting of protein in addition to that sweet potato powder and moringa powder will be added to enhance taste, vitamins, and minerals. So, he is helping them in marketing those products nationally which empowers them economically in addition to that it is helping to eradicate malnutrition by local food-based and sustainable strategy.
