Three weeks ago, I embarked on an internship with the Gender Team at the Royal Tropical Institute in the Netherlands (KIT Royal). These past few weeks have been incredible, providing me with invaluable knowledge, insights, and inspiration to drive my project, SoyAgricultora, dedicated to empowering female farmers in the Galapagos Islands. Today, I want to
